The journalists are accused of being members of an illegal organization

It is understood that the incictment against the journalists arrested on 20 December 2011 is ready. According to the first information available, the journalists are accused of membership of an illegal organization and having a leading position in an illegal organization.

Forty four journalists have been arrested on 20 Dcember 2011. Most of them from Kurdish and left wing independent press.
