Pepper spray claims another dead

Thirty-one years old man new victim of police pepper spray
Çayan Birben, 31, was pronounced brain dead in hospital where he had been taken after being hit by police pepper spray in Yalova (Marmara).
Birben was reportedly attempting to separate people who were fighting on the street. Police arrived at the scene and used gas to sedate the fight.
Birben, who apparently suffered from asthma, fainted and was taken to hospital.
